Overview
Skipaki Pro is the operations portal Syntropic Wave built for skip hire and waste collection companies in Cyprus and Greece. Most skip-hire offices run on WhatsApp chats, memory and a spreadsheet: containers get forgotten on driveways, cash payments walk off the books and invoices are typed by hand on Tuesday morning. Skipaki Pro puts every order, container, payment and invoice into one system that the dispatcher, the office and the drivers share.
The dashboard opens on today: late collections sit on top in red, jobs stack by time slot, each truck gets a suggested route and a live map shows every planned job, yard and recycling centre. Before promising a date on the phone, the operator sees how many skips of each size are actually free that day. A phone order can be typed as one plain sentence in Greek, English or Russian and the AI parser fills in the name, phone, address, container size, date and price. When the driver marks a skip collected, a numbered, VAT-compliant invoice is one click away as a PDF, and monthly reports, overdue lists and an audit log keep the accountant happy.
The portal is paired with skipaki.com, the public booking site where customers in Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, Nicosia, Ayia Napa, Paralimni, Protaras and Polis order a skip online. Bookings that fall inside an operator's delivery zones land in their Skipaki Pro inbox as marketplace leads with address, size, date and price already filled in. There is no subscription: operators pay a small fee only on jobs they complete. Skipaki Pro runs as an installable web app on phones and desktops, in light or dark mode, and is available at pro.skipaki.com.
